Leadership Strategy SprintBring one leadership challenge. Leave with a written plan.
Private strategy sessions for Senior Managers and Directors working through a specific decision, conversation or opportunity. From $250 USD.
Founder rate, available until October 31, 2026
As your career grows, the expectations change.
You've built a strong track record. You've earned greater responsibility through experience, performance, and results.
Success at the next level isn't only about what you can deliver.
It's also about:
The confidence others have in your leadership,
How effectively you navigate different cultures and expectations,
Your ability to influence beyond your authority, and
Whether the impact of your work is understood.
You can build all four.
Most people are rarely told which one is costing them.

Questions you may be carryingYou already know what you want to work on.
Most of my clients arrive with one of these.
“
I know I'm capable of more. What do I need to do differently to get there?
“
What will be expected of me as my responsibility and visibility increase?
“
How do I build greater credibility and influence with senior leaders?
“
How do I make my impact visible without feeling like I'm constantly promoting myself?
“
Are there unwritten expectations I'm missing because I wasn't professionally shaped in this environment?
“
How do I adapt to different cultural expectations without losing what makes me effective?
If yours isn't on the list, bring it anyway. The session is built around what you bring.
What is the Leadership Strategy Sprint?
It’s a private working session with someone who has done the job. Not a coaching program, and not an hour of encouragement. You bring a live situation from your own organization, and that’s what the hour is spent on.
You leave with specific recommendations and a written summary you can act on. What you do with it in the week after is the whole point.
Recent Sprints have worked on:
Building credibility with senior leaders
Increasing your influence beyond formal authority
Preparing for a high-stakes leadership conversation
Making your impact and results more visible
Navigating cultural or organizational expectations
Stepping into greater responsibility
Working through a career or leadership decision
How it works.
1
Start with the Scorecard
You complete The Global Leader's Compass™ Scorecard, five minutes, before we meet. It shows where your leadership is strongest today and where focus would change the most.
2
Send your brief
A short pre-session brief. What the situation is, what you have tried, what a good outcome looks like. It means the session opens where a first conversation usually ends.
3
The session
Sixty minutes, private, on video. We work the actual problem. Expect hard questions.
4
Your written summary
Within 1 business day you get a written summary: what we established, the specific recommendations, and what to do first.

"Eva doesn't deal in vague inspiration. She pushes you toward real decisions and measurable next steps."
From our very first conversation, I could tell she has a rare gift: she listens in a way that makes you feel truly understood, and she's refreshingly transparent about what she sees in you. When I found myself stuck weighing two completely different career paths, unable to quiet the noise in my own head, she didn't hand me answers. She asked the questions that mattered, helping me uncover what I actually wanted: real growth, real impact, and a career built on ambition rather than just the next title. I went from scattered and unsure to having a clear, confident direction I was excited to act on. If you’re at a crossroads and want someone who’ll help you cut through the indecision and actually move forward, I can’t recommend her enough.
Fatema U. | Lead, Enterprise OperationsWhy most people book three.
Context matters.
One session is enough to work a single decision. Three is enough to understand the environment it sits in, and to build something that fits your organization rather than a generic one.
Application matters.
Between sessions you go and try it. You
come back with what happened, which is
more useful than what either of us predicted would happen.
Adjustment matters.
Plans meet reality and need changing. Three sessions means you change it with someone who knows the situation, instead of alone.
Who this is for.
Sprint is a good fit if:You are a Senior Manager or Director in a global or multinational organization
You have one specific thing you want to work through, not a general sense that you should be developing
You are performing well and want to be deliberate about what comes next
You will do something with the summary
Sprint is not for you if:You want a long-term coaching relationship. The Sprint is short by design.
You are looking for someone to agree with a decision you have already made
You want a curriculum or a certification
You need career transition or job search support, which is not what this is
Why Work with Eva?
I've had to navigate it too. I've led teams, transformations and operations in global organizations for more than twenty years. I've lived in eight countries, worked in four, and led teams across more than ten. I went from Manager to Executive in under ten years after arriving in Canada with no North American experience, and I've run transformations for organizations with revenue over 100 million.
I'm the author of Growth Without Borders: A Global Leaders' Toolkit and the creator of The Global Leader's Compass™, which is the framework the Sprint is built on.
I built the Sprint the way I wish someone had built one for me. I wanted the tools. I wanted the specific steps I could take on Monday. That is what I needed, and it is what a session gives you.
Questions you may have:
-
Sessions usually happen within 2 business days of booking. If something is urgent, say so in your brief and she will do what she can.
-
I'm based in Toronto, which is Eastern Time, and I hold early morning and evening slots for clients in Europe and Asia-Pacific. I've spent most of my career on calls across time zones, including a recent posting in Manila, so this is routine rather than a favor.
-
Google Meet or Zoom. You get the link when you book.
-
No, unless you ask. The written summary is the record.
-
Reschedule any time with 24 hours notice, through the link in your confirmation.
-
Fees are payable in full at the start and are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. If I have to cancel and can't offer an alternative, you're refunded in full.
-
Yes, within 30 days of your first session, paying the difference.
-
Not specifically. The Sprint is for Senior Managers and Directors in global organizations, and plenty of them have never relocated. You can be leading globally from one desk in Toronto.
One session is a small way to find out if this helps.
You already know what you want to work on. Sixty minutes and a written summary is a low-risk way to make progress on it.
From $250 USD. Founder rate, applies if you book on or before October 31, 2026.
