I've lived in eight countries, worked in four, and led teams across more than ten. I went from Manager to Executive in under ten years after arriving in Canada with no North American experience, and I've run transformations for organizations with revenue over 100 million.

No. The Sprint is three sessions. Most of the value sits in the gaps, where you go and try something and come back with what happened. One session skips that.

Usually two to three weeks, so a Sprint runs about six to eight weeks end to end. If your situation has a fixed date on it, say so in your brief and we'll compress the schedule.

Your first sessions usually happen within 2 business days of booking. If something is urgent, say so in your brief and I'll see what I can do.

I'm based in Toronto, which is Eastern Time, and I hold early morning and evening slots for clients in Europe and Asia-Pacific. I've spent most of my career on calls across time zones, including a recent posting in Manila, so this is routine rather than a favor.
